Three generations of the same family have served up hand-dipped ice cream, fresh-baked donuts, and that famous cherry pie that locals guard as their secret weapon. The original neon sign still glows pink against Lake Michigan sunsets, drawing families back summer after summer. Kids press their faces against the glass display cases filled with homemade fudge while parents debate between the butter pecan and black cherry—both made with fruit from nearby orchards.
