Compass Rose Sailing Company

Boat Tours · Traverse City, MI

The crisp snap of sails catching Grand Traverse Bay's morning breeze sets the tone at Compass Rose Sailing Co. Captain-led excursions take you beyond Traverse City's shoreline into waters that shimmer turquoise against Michigan's dramatic coastline. Feel the deck roll gently beneath your feet as you glide past cherry orchards and limestone bluffs. The salt-free air carries hints of pine and wildflowers from shore. Small groups mean personalized attention whether you're learning to trim sails or simply soaking up panoramic views of the Leelanau Peninsula stretching toward the horizon.
