This prenatal yoga session is for all levels; is designed to soothe the aches and pains accompanying pregnancy in a nurturing, supportive environment. Prepare for an empowered, mindful birth, connecting with a community of other moms (to-be).
Develop breath and body awareness for birthing. We focus on special breathing techniques, opening hips, and building strength, stamina, and stability.

90-hour Prenatal yoga trained and certified with Mama Tree, a school of yoga, prenatal yoga teacher training of Yoga Tree, San Francisco, California.
25-hour Postnatal yoga trained and certified with Toronto Yoga Mamas school of yoga, Toronto, Canada.
