This guided, hands-on experience begins with a curated tasting of four distinct whiskeys, each showcasing unique mash bills, barrel finishes, and flavor profiles. You’ll learn how to properly evaluate aroma, body, balance, and finish and discover how subtle adjustments can completely transform a whiskey’s character.

After the tasting, it’s your turn.

Using professional blending tools and measured pours, you’ll experiment with ratios to craft a custom blend tailored to your personal palate. Whether you prefer bold and spice-forward, smooth and sweet, or rich and complex, you’ll refine your formula until it’s uniquely yours.

Once perfected, your custom creation will be bottled into a 200ml take-home bottle, labeled — a one-of-a-kind whiskey you designed yourself.
