2026 Official ORV Experience: Vineyard Rated Off-Road Vineyard Tour

Join us for the signature guided driving experience of Jeep Week. The Vineyard Rated Off-Road Vineyard Tour offers registered participants rare access to our private vineyard roads and historic growing blocks, all from behind the wheel of their own Jeep Wrangler.

This fully organized, staff-led experience blends exploration, education, and hospitality, giving guests a behind-the-scenes look at the land that shapes every bottle we produce.

Vehicle Requirement: Jeep Wrangler Models Only

This course is designed for drivers of all experience levels. The Easy rating reflects gentle grades, stable terrain, and guided pacing. Safety procedures and waivers are standard for winery operations and insurance compliance.

No off-road driving experience is required.

Each registered Jeep receives:

  • Guided 1.65 mile vineyard ORV tour
  • Vineyard Rated commemorative T-shirt

  • One glass of wine after the tour from our pre-fixe menu

Schedule and Logistics

All tours begin and conclude at the Chateau Grand Traverse Tasting Room.

Daily Schedule:

  • 1:00 PM to 1:45 PP
    • Packet Pickup and Registration Check-In
  • 1:45 PM
    • Registration Closes. No late entries accepted.
  • 2:00 PM
    • Vehicle Staging and Driver Briefing
  • 2:30 PM
    • Tour Begins
  • Directional signage and staff will guide participants through staging, route access, and return.

Packet Pickup and Waiver

  • All participants must complete a liability waiver at packet pickup prior to participating. This is required for winery insurance and operational compliance.
  • No vehicle will be permitted on course without a confirmed registration and completed release of liability waiver. 

Safety and Course Standards

  • The Vineyard Rated course is rated Easy and is appropriate for all Jeep Wrangler drivers. The route follows established vineyard roads and controlled access areas.
  • Guides, pace vehicles, and staff marshals will be present throughout the experience. This structure ensures safety, consistency, and respect for the vineyard environment.

Registration Policies

  • Registration closes promptly at 1:45 PM each tour day
  • No late registrations or walk-ons permitted after cutoff
  • On-site registration is subject to availability
  • Space is limited to preserve quality and safety
  • Only four tours are scheduled during Jeep Week. Early registration is strongly recommended.
